Fees
We offer a free 20 minute initial consultation; this is an opportunity for us to have an informal chat to briefly discuss what our counselling practice can offer you.
- Cost per session £35
- Couples therapy £50
- Telephone counselling - fees are the same as individual counselling.
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes.
Concessions are available if 4 or more sessions are booked in advance. We provide concessional rates for student counsellors.
We recommend a minimum booking of 4 or more sessions, unless you and your counsellor have agreed you need less to achieve a successful outcome.
Sessions usually take place on a weekly basis, although this can be negotiated with your counsellor, depending on your individual needs.
